Besides the healthy habits of being 'Alone with God', 'Serving with Power', and 'Celebrating with Worship', we are committed to 'Grow with Groups' in our pursuit of following Jesus!
Not only are small groups the primary way through which we grow in Christlikeness, they can also be effective in engaging others in the journey with Jesus! And so, our main focus during the fall, winter and spring is on small group ministry.
With different people being at different places on their journey with Jesus, we work hard to provide groups with a wide variety of themes and topics.

KING'S KIDS SMALL GROUPS
Resumes Sept 13
Time: During the second half of the worship gathering.
Description: The children meet in two groups, based on age. During their meetings, our they will learn to function as a small group through studying, sharing, praying, and caring for each other. This fall, they will be wrestling with the Fruit of the Spirit.
SUNDAY YOUTH SMALL GROUP
Resumes Sept 13
Time: During the second half of the worship gathering
(most weeks)
Description: Led by 13 different adults from our congregation (to help grow intergenerational relationships), the students work through a different topic each week.
Tuesdays
LINDA'S GROUP -
Time: 1-3 pm
Leader: Linda Thorsen
Description: This group wrestles with the questions and concerns group members raise.
Tuesdays Online -
Time 7:00-8:00 pm (ATS)

Description: This group, with participants from different provinces, is working through a book called "Be Healed"
Wednesdays
LAWRENCETOWN LADIES GROUP - in person

Description: This group is working through the book of First Peter, with different participants taking turns leading the discussion.
Wednesday Night Bible Study
7:00 - 8:00 PM - WILL RESUME September 9
Church Library
Leader: Barry R.
Description: This group is mainly made up with people who struggle with academics, but are serious about following Jesus. At this time, they are working through the Gospel of John to lead them on that journey.
Fridays
Daughters of the King -

Description: This group will work through the Abide curriculum, which is a wonderful set of lessons that will lead participants into a healthy rhythm of living out their faith.
MEN'S GROUP -

Location: online via Zoom

Description: With most participants taking turns at leading the discussion, this group will be studying the book of Romans.

Description: Our focus is on discipleship, forming and building relationships, where we may learn and grow together to become like Christ. We do this through conversations about our everyday life experiences, through videos, through scripture, and prayer. Every person has something we can learn and grow from!
